Love this stuff! I hate taking 6 pills for a multivitamin and the powder option is much easier. It's a multivitamin powder so the taste is pretty much that but it's not unbearable like other options. My urine isn't as bright with the powder so I believe my body is processing more of it. I also feel more energized with better focus so it's definitely an improvement over the pills. I can't attribute everything to it but I have noticed better weight loss since taking the powder also so that's a great bonus.

Been using this for about 2-3 weeks now and love it. I use 1-2 scoops mixed with 20oz of water and then drink it throughout my workout instead of water.
